Hi there!
Few years ago i had oportunity to see great movie directed by Michel Gondry prized with numerous awards called: 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind'.Whereas on last thursday I've been to studio cienema called 'Muza'. There was a series of films concerning women. I've chosen the film called 'Mood Indigo' (french: L'Écume des jours). The title translated from the orginal to others languages can be perverse.
Anyway the projection of movie which i saw refers to polish version ('Dziewczyna z Lilią')
The movie is an adaptation of Boris Vian's novel entitled 'Froth on the Daydream'
The main characters Colin (Romain Duris) and Chloé (Audrey Tautou) are getting married, but after their honeymoon things become complicated.
'Mood Indigo' it is not a typical love story with happy ending, rather drama with too colorful beginning.
This film impresses with its originality and otherness.
You can read planty of unfavourable review of that film.
Even though I do not like kind of science fiction, this surrealistic movie captivated me.
It has also dynamic jazz music by Duke Ellington, but not only! soundtrack
If my short description convinced you, I encourage you to watch the trailer or whole movie :)
